The Australian Workers Union exists to protect and advance its members interests. The union ensures that Awards and Agreements covering our members have the highest rates of pay as well as the best conditions. The union also fights to ensure your legal rights and entitlements are protected.

 Awards & Agreements:
Awards set out the minimum standards for rates and conditions at work. Prevailing over Awards are Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA's), which are negotiated between individuals, employers and the union. Check out the Award or Agreement that covers your workplace and make sure that your not being ripped off.
